There is no largest prime number as for every prime number ‘p’ there exists a prime number that is greater than ‘p’. Sometimes a question that arises after reading the definition of prime numbers is what factors are. Prime numbers are numbers that are divisible by themselves and 1 only or the numbers whose only factors are the number itself and 1.
